The Singapore Salad CNY Yu Sheng Edition is a seasonal curation of fresh greens and smoked barramundi slices that have been grown and harvested right here in Singapore by our agritech farm partners.

Naturally fresh, naturally tasty and packed with vitamins, The Singapore Salad CNY Yu Sheng Edition puts an all local modern twist on this classic right down to the special Yu Sheng sauce created by Michelin-star Chef Haikal Johari.

We hope to inspire Singaporeans to think outside of the box, and with just a little imagination, we can all learn to incorporate homegrown produce in a variety of ways in the kitchen – in different dishes and for every occasion!

The Singapore Salad CNY Yu Sheng Edition will be launched on 12 January 2022, at the premier screening event of Backyard Productions’ docu-series, CultivATE. It retails at $30.80 (GST included) per kit and will be available for sale from 14 January to 15 February 2022.
