It aims to revolutionize access to fresh food through high precision, sustainable urban farming and processing, offering up natural, nutritious and delicious produce to consumers. Livfresh currently produces a variety of vegetables consisting of Bai Cai, Choy Sum, Butterhead Lettuce, Ice Crunch and many more.
Hailing from Australia, Livfresh uses the Mobile Gully System which automatically moves in-plant gullies from the planting to harvesting area. With each stage of development, the space between the gullies expands to provide plants with the optimum space for growth. Benefits of this technology include better retention of water and nutrients and the maximisation of production yield.
Livfresh’s greenhouse utilises a controlled environment that monitors light conditions, temperature, food, and space to ensure that the plants grow in the most optimum conditions. Advanced, data-driven technology is also employed to maintain an efficient production system.
